Strong communication, resilience, and an ability to identify opportunities will be critical to your success in this high-impact position.

This full-time, on-site role requires a motivated, results-driven professional with proven experience in lead generation and sales.

You'll employ strategies such as cold calling, networking, and social media outreach, using emotional intelligence and your network to understand client needs and highlight Elemental’s value. Building trust-based relationships and navigating complex negotiations will be key as you craft customized solutions that drive client success while contributing to Elemental's growth.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative.
  • 4+ years in a mid to senior sales role within the web or software development industry.
  • Strong skills in prospecting and lead generation.
  • Experience managing complex sales processes with a consultative approach and a track record of closing deals.
  • Ability to develop and execute market expansion strategies.
  • Knowledge of ClickUp is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and client needs.
  • Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations.
  • Ability to conduct preliminary research prior to reaching out to prospects.
