As a UI/UX Web Designer at Elemental, you'll be at the heart of creating exceptional user experiences. In this dynamic role, you'll combine both design and functionality to craft visually appealing designs that not only captivate users but are also intuitive and easy to navigate. With a strong background in web design, you'll collaborate closely with our development team and project managers to ensure that every website and user interface aligns with our clients' goals while maintaining a seamless, cohesive brand experience across all platforms.
Your designs will focus on enhancing usability, optimizing user journeys, and balancing aesthetics with performance to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.

WE WOULD LOVE TO WORK WITH YOU
EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects with a focus on responsive web designs and user-friendly interfaces.
- 3+ years of UI/UX web design experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, layout design, user flow, and web usability best practices.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for design implementation (no coding required, but attention to web design details).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, including developers and project managers.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to create designs that are both visually compelling and user-friendly.
- Capable of balancing creativity and usability to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining design quality.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for staying ahead of design trends.
