Intellicup is a revolutionary high speed beverage dispensing and vending tech solution. IntelliCup facilitates the purchasing and pouring of beverages quicker and more efficiently than traditional methods. IntelliCup consists of the dispensing unit, mobile app and the intelliZone.

Elemental's responsibility was the conceptualisation, design and development of the intelliZone. This web management portal combines various sets of data from the dispensing units, APIs and the mobile app. The intelliZone is used by administrators, agents, merchants and operators, each with their own set of features.

Carefully crafting the management portal

Packed with an immense range of functionality and features, coupled with the visualisation of data from multiple sources, it was clear that this complex management portal required careful (User eXperience) UX planning and an easy-to-use interface design, prior to writing a single line of code.

The web development stage comprised of the coding of the various user interfaces (slicing), the creation of a database to house the data, building APIs and the integration with the app and devices.

Development of each user type and their associated features, was carefully analysed and executed, to allow ease of access to aggregated data, access to self-management and device management functionality.

The developed APIs, allow for the various systems, devices and platforms to easily communicate with one another in a fast and secure manner.
