Elemental developed a web-based training planner tool that allows Phonak employees to answer structured training questions dynamically. The platform provides an intuitive and engaging experience while ensuring accurate data capture and reporting.

Interactive Dynamic Form - Employees answer questions in a guided step-by-step format. Questions are revealed dynamically based on previous responses, preventing information overload.

Multi-Input Support - The form accommodates various data inputs, including text fields, text areas, dropdowns, file uploads (drag-and-drop), and image uploads.

Automated Branded PDF Reports – Once employees complete the form, they receive a beautifully formatted, Phonak-branded PDF summarising their responses.

Secure User Access – Employees log in through a secure portal, ensuring only authorised users can access the system.

Admin Dashboard – Phonak staff have access to an admin interface where they can:

When a user loads the form, it pulls in the necessary fields and structures them based on predefined rules. This allows the system to automatically determine which elements to display, such as input fields, dropdowns, tables, or static content. The form also has built-in logic that ensures certain fields interact seamlessly - if a user selects an option from a dropdown, for example, other related fields can update or appear automatically based on that choice.

Instead of relying on thousands of lines of repetitive code, the system uses a streamlined loop that dynamically builds the form based on database settings. This makes the entire process more efficient, easier to maintain, and significantly faster. Each question is tied to a unique identifier in the database, allowing responses to be saved directly and retrieved whenever needed. This approach not only simplifies saving and editing responses but also makes regenerating forms effortless, ensuring a smooth and scalable user experience.
