WE LOVE A GOOD CHALLENGE
The automation of the various process flows between the customer submitting a request and the service providers reviewing and responding to quote requests, as well as additional requests, meant that we needed to create loads of logins on the website to handle various scenarios that could play out.
Every possible scenario from both a customer and service provider was tested to ensure that the website was robust enough to ensure it ran fully automated without human intervention from the SP Connect administrators.
